The curriculum is designed for both emerging and seasoned technical personnel, including newly hired engineers, system and design engineers, engineering supervisors, plant operators, Plant Health Committee members, and senior utility executives. Mentoring is conducted one-on-one with senior technical leaders (VPs, Directors, and senior managers).
